Depending on the features used, the service may process account and contact details, licence keys or their cryptographic hashes, device or installation identifiers, activation dates, payment status and transaction references, technical diagnostics and security logs. Do not submit brokerage passwords or payment card details to the app unless a clearly authorised integration requires them.

2. How information is used

We use this information to issue and validate licences, prevent fraud, enforce device limits, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment processing

When online payments become available, checkout will be provided by the designated payment provider. The provider handles payment card data under its own privacy notice; our system should receive payment status and transaction references rather than full card numbers.

4. Service providers and transfers

Hosting, database, analytics or payment infrastructure may be provided by third parties, including Cloudflare and the applicable payment gateway. Processing or storage may occur outside South Africa, subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We retain records only as reasonably necessary for licensing, support, fraud prevention and applicable legal or accounting requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

6. Your rights

Subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable laws, you may request access to or correction or deletion of eligible personal information, object to certain processing, or raise a privacy complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

7. Cookies and local storage

The app may use browser storage to remember your installation identifier, session and pending payment state. Clearing storage may affect access or device recognition.

8. Updates

We may revise this notice as the service evolves and will update its effective date.
